We list here a few organizations with which we maintain close working relationships, and sites we have found particularly helpful in our work. Most of these sites provide numerous links to other related sites.


American Humanist Association: CDHS is affiliated with this national organization.

Secular Student Alliance: Their mission is to organize, unite, educate, and serve students and student communities
that promote the ideals of scientific and critical inquiry, democracy, secularism, and human based ethics.
Secular Coalition for America: The Secular Coalition for America is the Natuional lobby for atheists, humanists, freethinkers and other nontheistic Americans.
International Humanist and Ethical Union: World union of over 100 Humanist, rationalist, secular, ethical culture, atheist and freethought organizations in more that 40 countries..

The Humanist Institute: "We explore humanist values and train future leaders."
The Humanist Institute exists to equip humanists to become effective leaders, spokespersons, and advocates in a variety of organizational settings, including within the humanist movement itself.
Humanist Society: An affiliate of the American Humanist Associate offering training and certification of individuals to become celebrants to conduct non-religious ceremonies to mark life events such as weddings, births memorials, etc.

Institute for Humanist Studies: Devoted to fostering cooperation among humanist groups.
Developing on-line humanist educational programs and materials.
Funds humanist projects.
The Secular Web: The Internet Infidels Web Site is the number one
Internet resource for all things secular. Has a great
on-line forum on a wide range of topics.
